Health & Fitness Association Hires Director of Strategic Partnerships

    This new position will lead efforts to build innovative, mission-aligned partnerships that drive growth, expand impact, and strengthen the health and fitness industry’s influence around the globe.

    BOSTON, MA—July 29, 2025—The Health & Fitness Association (HFA) has expanded its business development team with the hiring of Winston Moore Jr. as director of strategic partnerships.

    In this role, Moore will establish and maintain strategic relationships with corporations, foundations, government entities, and nonprofits to build high-impact alliances that support HFA’s policy, programming, and growth objectives. He will also oversee sponsorship and grant opportunities, facilitate cross-functional collaboration to integrate partners into key initiatives, and spearhead innovative, co-branded programs that generate new revenue streams and fuel long-term impact.

    Moore joins HFA from Booz Allen Hamilton, where he served as a senior consultant advising on strategic initiatives for public and private sector clients. He previously held policy and outreach positions at the US Chamber of Commerce and the Hudson Institute. Moore has a Master of Business Administration from Marymount University and a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in International Business and Economics from Mount St. Mary’s University, which he earned while playing NCAA Division 1 basketball.
