OnSight emerges as attendee-selected winner among 16 early-stage innovators

Washington, DC–April 6, 2026–The Health & Fitness Association (HFA), in partnership with Sweatworks, today announced that OnSight has been named the winner of the inaugural Innovation Alley Pitch Fest at The HFA Show 2026.

The Innovation Alley Pitch Fest, sponsored by Sweatworks, featured 16 early-stage companies showcasing new and emerging solutions shaping the future of the health and fitness industry. Participating startups, all under two years old and in their initial growth phase, delivered rapid-fire pitches in one of two special Pitch Fest sessions on March 17 and 18, with Pitch Fest attendees voting to select the winner.

OnSight stood out among a competitive field of innovators, earning top recognition from attendees for its compelling solution and market potential. OnSight is pushing the boundaries of fitness innovation with sensor-powered equipment intelligence that tracks real-time usage and occupancy across gym facilities — giving managers the insights they need to optimize operations, cut costs, and deliver a better member experience.

“As the global convening point for fitness industry innovation, The HFA Show is designed to spotlight what’s next,” said Brandon Partridge, chief operating officer of the Health & Fitness Association. “OnSight represents exactly the kind of forward-thinking company we aim to elevate through Innovation Alley and Pitch Fest. We’re proud to provide a platform for emerging brands to gain visibility, connect with industry leaders, and accelerate their growth.”

As the Pitch Fest winner, OnSight will receive a complimentary 10×10 booth at The HFA Show 2027 and will be recognized in a future issue of Health & Fitness Business.

“The future of fitness will be shaped by bold founders solving real operational and consumer challenges with smarter technology,” said Mo Iqbal, founder and chairman of Sweatworks. “Innovation Alley and Pitch Fest were designed to create visibility for those companies at a pivotal stage of growth, and OnSight is a great example of that potential in action. Sweatworks was proud to partner with HFA to help elevate emerging innovators and reinforce the importance of innovation across the industry.”

The Innovation Alley and Pitch Fest were key highlights of The HFA Show 2026, reinforcing HFA’s commitment to fostering innovation and supporting emerging companies within the industry.

The HFA Show 2026 brought together more than 10,000 health and fitness professionals from around the globe and 380 exhibitors for three days of education, networking, and business development.

The HFA Show 2027 will take place March 10-12, 2027, at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas.
