One of the standout moments of the 2025 HFA European Congress promises to be the second-day keynote from futurist and entrepreneur Christian Kromme. The Health & Fitness Association recently secured Kromme to join Les Mills Founder Phillip Mills, who will offer the first-day keynote at the event October 2-4 at the Beurs Van Berlage in Amsterdam.

The technology thought leader and entrepreneur will share how AI is humanizing technology and how to leverage disruption.

Futurist Speaker Christian Kromme, a global speaker and AI trendwatcher transforms technological disruption into a competitive advantage.
Known for his expertise in disruptive technologies, Kromme will dive into how AI is humanizing technology, why a human-centered mindset is key to staying competitive, and how to anticipate and leverage disruption.
Kromme wrote the best-selling book Humanification - GoDigital, Stay Human and has built a career decoding the DNA of innovation. His entrepreneurial journey spans more than 15 years, during which he founded a successful agency focused on accelerating innovation before selling it to a multinational corporation in 2014. Since then, he has dedicated himself to delivering insightful keynotes worldwide. Kromme also serves as a senior research fellow at The Conference Board and is the founder of Symbiosys, an AI-powered organization-as-a-service platform.
His contributions to the industry have earned him multiple accolades, including the SHELL LiveWIRE Young Business Award, SAN Award, and Broos van Erp prize.
