FitPAC is a non-partisan Political Action Committee (PAC). It is the only federal PAC that represents the interests, needs, and concerns of the fitness industry.

The FitPAC makes campaign contributions to congressional candidates who support policies that are favorable to the health and fitness industry. Contributions to the FitPAC are completely voluntary. You have the absolute right to refuse to contribute without reprisal. The Health & Fitness Association PAC is required by law to make its best efforts to obtain and report the name, address, occupation, and employer of each contributor who gives more than $200 in a calendar year. An individual may contribute up to $5,000 each year to the FitPAC. The PAC may only accept personal contributions from individuals in the Health & Fitness Association’s “restricted class.” Corporations or individuals using corporate funds may not contribute to a federal PAC. Reminder: In order to contribute to the Health & Fitness Association PAC, you must fill out and submit a Solicitation Authorization form.
