Washington, DC–September 30, 2026–Registration is now open for The HFA Show 2027, taking place March 10–12 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, Nevada. Bringing together health and fitness leaders, operators, suppliers, and innovators from around the world, the 2027 event will celebrate the people and partnerships driving the industry’s growth while introducing new experiences, expanded educational opportunities, and collaborations designed to move the industry forward.

Hosted by the Health & Fitness Association (HFA), The HFA Show is the industry’s premier global gathering, connecting club and studio owners, operators, suppliers, and industry partners for three days of education, innovation, networking, and collaboration.

At the heart of The HFA Show is its expansive trade show floor, where hundreds of companies showcase the products, services, technologies, and solutions helping operators grow their businesses, enhance the member experience, and reach more people through fitness. It is where established industry leaders and emerging innovators come together with the people they serve, creating opportunities to exchange ideas, discover what’s next, and build relationships that extend well beyond the event.

Expanded Partnerships and Experiences for 2027

This year’s theme, United in Purpose, Mobilized for Change, will come to life through new collaborations, enhanced educational programming, and experiences designed to bring together the many organizations and individuals shaping the future of fitness.

Among the featured offerings for 2027:

• HFA and HYROX: This partnership will connect The HFA Show with HYROX Las Vegas, including a dedicated HFA Race Heat and VIP Experience for the HFA community. HYROX will also have a presence at The HFA Show as part of its partnership with Centr, offering attendees a taste of HYROX competition at the Centr booth.
• Women’s Leadership Summit and Brunch: Previously known as the Women’s Leadership Summit, this popular event will move to the second day of the Show. The new brunch format will feature interactive education, networking, and conversations focused on leadership, professional growth, and the important role women play in advancing the industry.
• Specialized Professional Education: HFA is working with multiple fitness certification organizations to develop a dedicated afternoon of education, bringing together expertise from across the profession and creating additional learning opportunities for fitness professionals.

The HFA Show 2027 will open with the HFA Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner on the evening of March 10. It will be a celebration worthy of the visionaries who have shaped, and continue to shape, the health and fitness industry. The ceremony will take place on the opening night of the show, honoring the pioneers, innovators, and leaders whose vision, determination, and contributions have helped build the industry we know today. Tickets for this event can be added during registration, and proceeds benefit the HFA Foundation. 

More than an evening of recognition, the celebration will set the stage for the entire show. The stories, achievements, and inspiration of the 2027 inductees will be woven throughout the three-day event, connecting their extraordinary legacies with the leaders, ideas, and innovations shaping the industry’s future.

The 2027 Hall of Fame class will be revealed through a series of individual announcements beginning in October, giving each inductee the recognition their contributions deserve and building anticipation for an unforgettable opening night in Las Vegas.
