Sprague has quickly become one of the sport’s most promising competitors, earning recognition across the CrossFit community through his rapid rise within elite competition. After first being introduced to CrossFit in 2016 while training alongside his father, Sprague transformed the sport into a full-time pursuit and has since emerged as one of the top athletes in competitive fitness.
Sprague has quickly established himself as one of the top competitors in the sport through his determination, athleticism, and commitment to continuous improvement. After making his first Men’s CrossFit Games appearance in 2023, Sprague captured the 2024 CrossFit Games Championship in breakout fashion before returning in 2025 to secure another podium finish, placing 3rd overall among the sport’s elite competitors.
