Global fitness leaders are invited to gather September 24–26 at London Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park for the industry’s premier European event.

Washington, DC–May 6, 2026–Registration is now open for the 2026 HFA European Congress, taking place September 24–26 at London Stadium in Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

The Congress marks a return to London for the first time since 2017 and will bring together senior leaders, operators, suppliers, and partners from across Europe and around the world for three days of insights, connection, and strategic alignment.

With nearly 75% of attendees at the executive level, the Health & Fitness Association designed the Congress for decision-makers shaping the future of the industry. The event serves as a key platform for collaboration, offering a global perspective on how fitness is evolving across markets and what that means for business, investment, and growth.

This year’s event is presented in partnership with ukactive. David Minton, founder of Leisure DB, will serve as the event’s local host. Both parties will collaborate on program development and speaker selection.

“ukactive is delighted to join HFA as a partner for this year’s European Congress in London,” said ukactive CEO Cameron Saunders. “This collaboration reflects our shared commitment to strengthening the fitness and physical activity sector across Europe. We look forward to helping create a world‑class program that will inspire, challenge, and unite our global community.”

Minton said: “Delegates can look forward to a top-notch learning and networking opportunity with other industry leaders and exploring some of the most stunning fitness and wellness venues from boutique studios to biohacking concepts.”

The 2026 Congress will focus on key themes shaping the industry, including digital transformation, workforce development, investment trends, and the growing role of fitness in healthcare and prevention. It will also feature new data and insights from the 2026 HFA Global Report, along with discussions on emerging areas such as GLP-1 therapies and their impact on the industry.

Programming will take place September 24–25, followed by curated club and studio tours across London on September 26. These tours provide behind-the-scenes access to innovative fitness and wellness facilities, from boutique studios to emerging concepts, bringing the industry’s evolution to life in real time.

Attendees are expected from more than 35 countries, reinforcing the Congress as a truly global convening for the health and fitness sector.
