AUSTIN, TX, 11th FEBRUARY 2025 – Eleiko has been awarded a five-year contract for the second time to lead education for the Navy Operational Fitness & Fueling System (NOFFS), reinforcing its position as a global leader in strength and performance training. This renewed partnership strengthens Eleiko’s role in equipping and educating MWR (Morale, Welfare, and Recreation) fitness professionals and Active-Duty personnel, ensuring they receive world-class training to enhance operational readiness and human performance.

Building on our legacy in strength and education, Eleiko will deliver on-site courses designed to advance the NOFFS methodology and support Navy professionals in effectively coaching and programming for tactical populations. These training programs integrate the latest strength and conditioning principles from both elite athletic and tactical performance domains, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on application.

The courses will cover a broad spectrum of high-performance topics, from strength and conditioning coaching to Olympic weightlifting fundamentals and performance psychology. By combining advanced training methodologies with injury prevention strategies, Eleiko aims to equip Navy fitness professionals with the tools to maximize both physical capability and long-term resilience.
